We are using vases with artificial flowers for a wedding. What would work in the vases, as we won't need water, so the stems won't be so visible?

I love marbles vases or I did some fun decorations with coffee beans that I posted on Thrifty Fun. Check out the link to my story!

The beans were for votive candles...but this can work well for flowers in a vase. Colorful jelly beans or skittles would work too!! So would pretty river rocks. Crumbled tissue paper in colorful colors can work also.
There is also a neat way to use just the heads of silk flowers in a vase to hide the stems...but I have yet to prefect that technique.
Have fun with it!! Blessings to the couple!!!
There is something called florist foam. You can get it at any large craft store. It is green. You just stick the flower stems in there.
You can spray your vases with frosted spray paint.
Use flowers in your wedding colors and choose appropriate flowers. To hide the stems add colored rocks in the bottom of the vases. I have long stem red rose buds and put black rocks in the bottom. My colors are red and black with some silver.
You can use Christmas garland bells remove them, put 2 each together with gold thin ribbon. After putting them together drop them in the vases, beautiful!!
