You could use a blouse with loose sleeves. "Blousy" and satiny material. A vest, burgundy tapestry would be good. Tight jeans. Black boots. And a child's toy eyepatch.

I always wear lots of gold chains for a pirate outfit. You should also think about a hat or a bandanna around your head. Google for images to get an idea how to tie it.
