Serving Coffee at a Wedding?

May 17, 2013

Coffee being served at a wedding in a white cup with a chocolate candy.I live in Webster Massachusetts. I can't find a coffee machine rental for a wedding. What other options are available? Any ideas for serving coffee?

Can you get a large Urn to boil the water and make up into large jugs/pots to pour it out.

I can't imagine any rental place NOT having a coffee urn. Any church in your community will probably have a large urn they may let you borrow. Maybe your Chamber of Commerce Office? Hotel/motel -- surely you can find one! Good luck and congrats on the wedding!

It depends on how many people are attending.

Check with your church, or a local church or senior organization, offer to rent it for a nominal price if you return it in good condition!

I have a brand new one never used sitting on my counter. I will be reading the book making a practice pot and bringing it to my reception with a few big things of coffee.

I am having a frugal wedding so that will fit right in. It's a nice one from walmart
