I am looking for an indoor wedding ceremony location. It is for a winter wedding. We already have a reception site. There will be approx. 150 guests. The wedding will be in the Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean County area (Central NJ). We were thinking of an indoor garden.

A person can get married almost anyplace they want to. Some places you might have to make reservations or receive permission. Look in the phone book and see what is available. Where I live, there are a lot of weddings in two or three of the city parks in the spring, summer and fall months.
Could you make arrangements with a florist--or whoever the event coordinator at your reception site is-- to set up a garden atmosphere and be married right where the celebration is already scheduled?
It would likely save you money ( and the wear and tear on your guests from going from one location to another).
We lived in Central NJ for a long, long time ( in the southeast now about a decade); as I remember, a lot of state and local parks are available for wedding ceremonies. Allaire State Park is one that comes to mind as well as a couple of very picturesque locations in Spring Lake.
