I bartend for weddings and have found that if you choose a hall that allows you to have your own bartenders and purchase your own alcohol you can save at least $1000. I worked at a golf corse in Vancouver, B.C. and they charged $5.75 an ounce and they guestimated the total. They were well known to. I can answer basic questions relating to saving $ or I can even work your wedding!
