When I googled your request...several companies came up including Oriental Trading...Like the idea of personalized M & M's also....However, maybe a more thrifty idea is to go to your local print shop/gift shop and order a spool of ribbon personalized, buy your own netting and plain mints and put them together yourselves. It all depends on your budget.
I am considering mints for my wedding as well. I have found that Oriental Trading Company has the best prices and multiple styles to choose from. OTC includes the mints as well, not all companies do.

This place (http://www.giasweddingstore.com) has personalized mint tins very inexpensive, I haven't heard of personalized mints.
