I am planning a peacock themed wedding on a teacher's budget. Can you guys offer any tips for cheaper decor with feathers and flowers in the variety of colors that peacocks have? Specifically, do you know of places with cheap candles and cheap flowers? Thanks!

There are the various dollar type stores, WalMart isn't real expensive. Also you could post on freecycle and craigslist.
