If you have an IKEA nearby, I highly recommend TOLSBY frame for 2 pictures - it is only $1.00 and is perfect to use for wedding table number and menus!
There are endless possibilities on how to decorate your frame, but I was able to find assorted color flowers for 90% off at Michael's. For my table number and menu, I printed via Snapfish at .09 cents each.
Overall the project cost me less than $1.50 to make for each wedding table number/menu holder.
