In my opinion, you are giving terrible advice! You can save SO MUCH money by doing a lot of the wedding things yourself! Some of us had very small budgets for our weddings. My first marriage lasted a boy 4 years, and we spent thousands of dollars on a very modest wedding without a lot of the things traditional weddings have.
